THE RANCH HOUSE
VIBE: The airy, ranch style main home is full of light, modern art, and places to gather. From the disco room to the chef’s kitchen, to the long dining room table, overlooking the pool and grounds, you’ll be adding quality to your quality time all vacation long.
The Ranch House boasts an open floor plan, high ceilings, and oversized windows that open up to views of lush gardens from every room. The modern covered porch offers a swing with expanse views and the landscaped surrounding vineyards.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed and features 600 thread count California Design Den cotton fine bed linens, West Elm Down comforters and duvet covers, luxurious Casaluna Pillows, Serta White Down Featherbed Mattress Toppers for ultra comfort and Soft Surroundings plush throw blankets.
THE KING SUITE is spacious and has a Restoration Hardware King bed, 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV, ceiling fan, full bathroom with a sink in jetted bathtub, sepenate shower and an oversized walk-in closet. The room is accented by an architectural wooden truss with hardened steel brackets and remote operated skylight.
THE GARDEN QUEEN has a luxurious Queen bed and is accented by a full closet, drawers, and light and airy, landscaped surroundings.
DOUBLE QUEEN features two Queen beds, an ensuite bathroom and can accommodate up to four guests. Hanging space and drawers are also featured in this room.

THE LIVING ROOM An original wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, with a 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV and state-of-the-art home theater system mounted above. AC/Heat, skylights and wooden oak hardwood floorboards accentuate this space, and with Sonos surround sound indoor and outdoor, our larger than life strobe in the foyer, reflecting disco lights and mirrored wall, turn your playlist into an instant dance party for all ages.
THE CHEF’S KITCHEN is perfect for entertaining and blends modern amenities with vintage charm. You and your guests will love creating spectacular feasts, using high-end appliances and cookware. Added luxuries like a SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker paired with Bubly flavorings, Philips Espresso Machine with LatteGo, French Press, Drip Coffee Maker and an Aeroccino Milk Frother add to the overall touches that make your stay at Zegarra Estate special.
WIFI If you must work and play, our Starlink Wifi Internet with a download speed of 180Mbps makes it easy, and an HP Laser Jet Printer is also available for your office needs.

VINEYARD COTTAGE
The Vineyard Cottage combines the sleek clean lines of contemporary design with the cozy farmhouse aesthetic for a fresh take on country living.
It features a King bed, 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV, full living area with Seda Coastal Style feather down couch, working fireplace, full bathroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen, AC/Heat, and its own Starlink wifi internet router with 160Mbps. The front and back porch offer expansive views of the property.

THE STABLES
Our cedar lined barn is the epitome of country chic ambiance. At 1200 square feet, the converted 4 horse stables include a temperature controlled wine room, bar area, refrigerator, storage, a 65 inch Samsung OLED smart TV with streaming capabilities, projector, wood furnace, fan and a conveniently located bathroom only feet away. This tranquil space holds 50 guests comfortably for cocktails and mingling or a special sit-down affair. Anniversaries, intimate birthdays, rehearsal dinners, small weddings, and other meaningful moments are welcome.
