What is the check-in time?
4pm day of arrival.

What is the check-out time?
11am day of departure.

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes. Beds are 600 thread count, and all towels, including face, hand and pool towels are provided.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes. Cuisinart Stainless Steel pots and pans to Le Creuset Cookware, we have everything you need to make a gourmet meal.

What amenities are included with the rental?
All amenities are listed on the Property Details page.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Starlink Satellite high-speed wifi at 180 mbps.

What is the parking situation?
There are two garage spaces in the Ranch House and one in the Vineyard Cottage. There is ample parking throughout the property.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, all dogs are welcome at $200 flat fee for cleaning, other pets are based on approval from the owner.

What is the cancellation policy? 
As we are a highly sought after vacation rental property, it is imperative that we secure the deposit to guarantee your stay. With cancellations outside of 60 days, 50 % of the prepaid deposit will be refunded to the guest. Within 60 days of the reservation date,100% of the total booking amount will be paid to the owner.

How far is the rental from local attractions and amenities?
Under 10 minutes to many restaurants, wineries, stores and local attractions. Under 20 minutes to the Pacific Coastline and beaches.

Are there any house rules or policies that I should be aware of?

1. Non Inclusive Fees 

The following fees are not included in the standard rental amount. The Owner reserves the right to charge the Renter for actual damages, use fees or other fees resulting in excessive costs for the Owner.

Examples of these fees include:

  • Breakage Fees: An excess of broken, damaged or removed items (wine glasses, dishware, towels, sheets, etc.) will be charged at replacement costs

  • Pet Cleaning Fee: $150 or replacement cost of soiled furniture, carpets or bedding

  • Daily Maid Service (if requested): $750/day (6 hours)

  • Excess Electricity Usage Fee (actual charges) resulting from excessive use of electricity over and above the Owner’s typical usage patterns for the time of year of the rental. 

  • All charges accrued during your stay will be adjusted from held deposit funds or claimed on your insurance coverage.

2. Damage Deposit 

Please remember, you have provided us with a damage deposit or damage insurance through the site where you rented. Any funds on deposit will be returned or any release from liability will be submitted fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

  • No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

  • All artwork is exactly as it was and placed upon rental, and not damaged.

  • All debris, rubbish, discards and recycled items are placed in appropriate bins or in the garage. Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.

  • No linens, dishes, kitchen appliances, utensils, furniture, or other house ware items are lost or damaged.

  • The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or local law enforcement.

  • There was no smoking anywhere on the property.

  • Having no more than 10 people on the property at any one time without prior approval.

  • There were no adjustments to any pool equipment or water system (including sprinklers or well equipment), or entry into the barn or other structure on the property other than the main and guest houses

3. Smoking: NO-SMOKING ANY TYPE OF SUBSTANCE ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!

We have a ZERO tolerance policy. Apart from the odor, the property is set in a wooded high fire hazard area, especially during the dryer seasons (As evidenced by the October 2017 Tubbs fire, which burned 6,000+ homes to the ground). If smoking is detected anywhere on the property it will result in a forfeiture of your entire deposit or a $3,000 fine.

4. Maximum Occupancy

  • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 10

  • The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons, adults and children combined.

  • No additional visitors are allowed on the property during your stay without the prior written consent of the property owner.
