What is the available square footage and layout of the production space?
6 acres of property that include two dwellings, one event barn, two front fields containing sheep and vineyards, Purrington Creek; a tributary of the Russian River that runs entirely through the property, a dedicated bathroom, an 8-person hot tub, spring water swimming pool that can be heated, oversized bocce court and lush gardens with a redwood lined landscape.
Are there specific areas suitable for filming, such as soundstages or practical sets?
Yes, the entire 6 acres of property.
What is the availability for booking the space and are there any restrictions on hours or dates? Availability is subject to approval by owner, and can be reserved using the contact form on this site up to 48 hours in advance from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 10pm.
What type of equipment or amenities are included with the rental?
The Ranch House and Vineyard Cottage contain 4 bedrooms to use as dressing rooms, and 4 bathrooms; two ensuites and two within close proximity of the remaining bedrooms. There is also an outdoor WC available in the front field.
Are there any restrictions on noise levels or special effects that can be used within the space?
Yes, no noise after the hours of 10pm and before 8am.
What is the accessibility and parking situation for crew and equipment?
Our front field can hold up to 10 trailers, or 50 cars.
Are there any specific insurance requirements or liability considerations for using the property?
Certificate(s) of Insurance (COI) as evidence of General Liability coverage in the amount not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence.
Workers Compensation: State law requires companies to provide proof of worker’s compensation coverage. If a company has no employees the company may submit a Workers Compensation waiver letter.

Are there any nearby resources or services that may be helpful for the production, such as catering options or equipment rental facilities?
Yes, we will assist you with names of local businesses.
What are the terms of the rental agreement, including payment schedule, insurance requirements, and any additional fees?
All terms are subject to individual parties and will be put into contract with all confirmed information pertaining to the production.
