Our cedar lined event space, The Stables at Zegarra Estate, is the epitome of country chic ambiance. At 1200 square feet, the converted 4 horse stables include a temperature controlled wine room that can be used as a bar, a 65 inch Samsung OLED smart TV with streaming capabilities and a dedicated bathroom only feet away. This stunning space is available for weddings, birthdays, corporate retreats and any gathering or celebration for up to 50 guests.

What is the maximum capacity of The Stables at Zegarra Estate?
50 guests maximum.

What is the size of the event space?
1200 square feet

Do you have a TV?
Yes, there is an 65 inch LG OLED Smart TV available to stream video montages and presentations.

What are the available dates and times for booking?
We are available year-round subject to availability.

What is included in the rental package?
LG Smart TV, Couch, Refrigerator, Bar, food preparation area and outdoor bathroom are also included with The Stables Event Space. The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Ranch House and Vineyard Cottage are also available for rent, including the pool, hot tub, creek, and entire 6 acres for an additional cost.

Are there any restrictions on catering or outside vendors?
You are able to use the caterers or vendors of your choice

Is there onsite parking available for guests?
Yes, we have available parking for 30-50 guests

Are there any noise restrictions or curfew times?
Yes, guests will need to lower noise from 10 pm and cease all noise by 11 pm until 8 am in the morning.

What are the setup and cleanup procedures?
Setup and cleanup are included in the contractual cleaning costs in addition to the event fee.

Is there an onsite coordinator or staff available during the event?
Yes, for an additional fee.

What is the payment schedule and cancellation policy?
Payment is a non-refundable 50% of the total contracted amount to secure the date, with the balance to be paid 60 days prior to the event.
