Our 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom picturesque property boasts two separate and stunning living spaces; The Ranch House and The Vineyard Cottage within close proximity to each other.
RANCH HOUSE
The Ranch House is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an airy modern ranch home, with an open floor plan, high ceilings and oversized windows that open up the views of lush gardens from every room. The modern style farmhouse covered porch offers a swing with expanse views of the landscaped surrounding vineyards and sheep fields.
An original wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room while you watch TV and movies on a 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV, and state-of-the-art home theater system. AC/Heat, skylights and wooden oak hardwood floorboards accentuate this space, and with Sonos in surround sound indoor and outdoor, our larger than life disco ball in the foyer turns any music into an instant dance party.
If you must work and play, our Starlink satellite wifi download speed of 180Mbps makes it easy, and an HP Laser Jet Printer is also available for your office needs. An indoor washer/dryer is also conveniently located in our fully equipped laundry room.
The large Chef's kitchen is perfect for entertaining and blends modern amenities with vintage charm. You and your guests will love creating spectacular feasts, using high-end appliances and cookware. Added luxuries like a SodaStream sparkling water bar paired with Bubly flavorings, aeroccino milk frother, and a Philips Espresso Machine with LatteGo, add to the overall touches that make your stay with us a place to create special memories.

The Garden Queen bedroom has a luxurious Queen bed and is accented with a full closet, drawers, and light and airy landscaped surroundings.
The Twin Trundle bedroom features four Twin trundle beds, each a Twin with a pull-out Twin underneath and can accommodate up to four guests. A closet with hanging space and drawers are also featured in this room.
VINEYARD COTTAGE
The Vineyard Cottage combines the sleek clean lines of contemporary design with the cozy farmhouse aesthetic to create a uniquely fresh take on the country living inspired style. It features a King bed, 65 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV, full living area with Seda Coastal Style feather down couch, working fireplace, full bathroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen, coffee machine, aeroccino milk frother, AC/Heat, and its own internet router with Starlink wifi at 180 Mbps download speed. The front and back porch offer expansive views of the property.
PRIVATE EVENT SPACE
Our cedar lined barn is the epitome of country chic ambiance. At 1200 square feet, the converted 4 horse stables include a temperature controlled wine room that can be used as a bar, a 65 inch Samsung OLED smart TV with streaming capabilities and a conveniently located bathroom only feet away. This tranquil space holds 75 guests comfortably for cocktails and mingling or 50 guests for a special sit-down affair. Anniversaries, intimate birthdays, small weddings, and other meaningful occasions and celebrations are welcome.
